We joined azuria water solutions!

Founded by Richard Davis back in 2003, we are one of the world’s largest global suppliers of cured in place pipe (CIPP) materials, equipment & services. From our beginning as a specialist supplier supporting the emerging CIPP market, we have evolved into a trusted partner to contractors, utilities, and infrastructure owners across wastewater and pressure pipe sectors across the globe.

Now, we are entering our next chapter following our acquisition by Azuria Water Solutions, the rapidly expanding leader in technology enabled water solutions that has been reshaping the global trenchless market through a series of strategic acquisitions.

From Specialist Supplier to Industry Leader

Founded to support a growing trenchless rehabilitation market, we quickly earned a reputation for delivering quality products, technical expertise, and a customer-first approach. As industry demands increased, so did our capabilities.

Over the years we have expanded our product portfolio, strengthened relationships with leading manufacturers, and developed a level of technical knowledge that made us far more than simply a materials supplier. Today, we play a critical role in assisting customers in delivering successful rehabilitation projects, providing everything from materials to specialist equipment, training, and technical support.

This strategic growth has enabled us to remain at the forefront of a market that has transformed dramatically over the past three decades. As ageing infrastructure, environmental pressures, and investment in water networks continues to drive demand for trenchless solutions, we have continuously adapted to meet the needs of an evolving industry.

It is our ability to grow with the market has made us a natural fit for Azuria’s vision.

Joining a Global Infrastructure Powerhouse

Over the last five years, Azuria Water Solutions has become one of the most influential names in water rehabilitation, bringing together a collection of industry-leading businesses under one umbrella.

The company’s acquisition strategy has focused on creating a comprehensive portfolio of technologies, products and services that support the rehabilitation of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.

Our addition to the group strengthens Azuria’s position within the UK market whilst giving us access to a global network of expertise, innovation, and resources. For a company that has built its success on delivering value to customers, the opportunities are substantial.

Being part of a larger international organisation provides access to wider technical knowledge, greater investment potential, and the ability to introduce new products and technologies that can help our customers tackle increasingly complex infrastructure challenges.

Rob Tullman, Azuria President & CEO, commented, “This is our first European acquisition since rebranding to Azuria in 2024, and we couldn’t be more excited about the RSM team. Combined with Insituform’s 50+ years of manufacturing CIPP liners in the UK, we’re excited to further enable RSM’s growth.”

The Insituform Advantage

Perhaps one of the most exciting aspects of the acquisition is the closer connection it creates between RSM and Insituform, one of the most recognised and pioneering brands in the history of trenchless rehabilitation.

As one of the most influential companies in the development of CIPP technology, Insituform has helped shape industry standards and drive advancements in rehabilitation techniques around the world for decades.

With Insituform operating within the wider Azuria family, we are now uniquely positioned to strengthen our supply chain and provide customers with enhanced access to globally recognised technologies and expertise.

The alignment creates opportunities to improve product availability, streamline supply channels, and introduce customers to innovations developed through decades of practical installation experience.

For contractors and utilities, that means access to an even stronger support network backed by some of the most experienced organisations in the trenchless sector.

Focused on the Future

Richard Davis, founder of RSM & now CEO, commented “Despite the scale of the acquisition, the foundations that have made RSM successful remain unchanged. Our reputation has been built on long-term relationships, technical excellence and a genuine understanding of the challenges that our customers face. These principles will continue to guide the business as it enters this new phase.”

With the backing of Azuria, access to global expertise, and the strength of an expanded supply chain that includes industry leaders such as Insituform, we are better positioned than ever to support future infrastructure rehabilitation in the UK and beyond.

The company that started as a specialist supplier has become part of one of the world’s leading rehabilitation groups. For us, the journey so far has been one of steady growth and continuous evolution. Joining Azuria represents not the end of that journey, but the beginning of our most ambitious chapter yet.
