Types of Dancutter systems
The Dancutter range features two powerful systems, each designed for precision cutting, milling, and grinding across a variety of pipe sizes and materials.
Dancutter MAXIFLEX
For larger pipes and grinding through tough materials like concrete, the Maxiflex delivers high torque with continuous rotation and rock-solid cutting performance designed for 150mm-300mm pipe diameters. Despite its power, the Maxiflex can still navigate up to 45° bends in 200mm+ pipes.
Dancutter Superflex
An advanced all-rounder, the Superflex can handle pipe diameters from 75mm to 225mm and excels at cutting, grinding, and reopening laterals - even around 90° bends. It’s controlled via intuitive dual joysticks and gives you 360-degree continuous rotation for full coverage inside the pipe.

What’s the main difference between the Superflex and Maxiflex?
The Superflex is better for smaller pipes and is more flexible, while the Maxiflex is made for larger diameters (150–300mm) and more demanding cutting tasks.
Can Dancutter systems handle bends?
Yes. Superflex can go through 90° bends. Maxiflex manages up to 45° bends in pipes 200mm and above.
What kind of materials can Dancutter tools cut through?
Both models are effective on PVC, concrete, cast iron, steel and more. They’re also strong enough to handle cement or collapsed liner removal.
Do they include a camera and controls?
Yes. Both come with a built-in colour display, dual joysticks, and spray nozzle cleaning. You can also connect external cameras or VR goggles.
