Flexi-Sliplining: a simple alternative to traditional CIPP
When traditional CIPP isn’t the right fit, Flexi-Sliplining offers a low-hassle alternative. The Flexi-Pipe segments are welded together on-site, pushed into the host pipe, and secured, making it a great option for tight timelines, live sewer conditions, remote or confined access, or environmentally sensitive zones.
- Easy to transport and store
- No bypass pumping or hazardous chemicals
Brush coating: versatile spot repair and full coverage
The Picote Brush Coating System is your go-to for fast, effective lining in small or hard-to-access areas. Whether reinforcing a lined connection or restoring a full pipe section, this method offers strong adhesion on cast iron, PVC, clay or concrete.
- Fast and precise installation
- Smooth, wear-resistant finish for extending pipe life
When to use alternative systems
For jobs where CIPP lining isn’t quite right, our alternative systems shine. Flexi-Sliplining is best for gravity mains where flow can’t be interrupted or space is limited, whereas brush coating is ideal for targeted repairs or places where access is restricted.
- Perfect for small-diameter applications and follow-up work
- Quick, cost effective and less disruptive than traditional methods

What pipe materials is brush coating compatible with?
Brush coating bonds well with cast iron, PVC, clay and concrete, making it highly versatile across a range of drain types.
How long do these alternative lining systems last?
Flexi-Sliplining has a design life of over 50 years. Brush coating provides long-term protection, with durability depending on pipe condition and coating thickness.
