CIPP patch repairs. No dig repair systems for disruption-free fixes.
Patch repairs offer a cost-effective way to fix localised pipe damage without digging. They’re fast to install, structurally sound, and proven to extend the life of the drain.
- Permanent repairs for cracks, fractures, and joint displacement
- No excavation required - minimal disruption
- WRc-approved systems for full compliance
A proven alternative to full relining
Not every job calls for a full-length liner. Patch repairs are perfect for isolated damage, like cracks, root intrusion, or displaced joints, especially where access is tight or disruption must be kept low. They’re widely used for domestic callouts, commercial maintenance, and reactive repairs.
When properly installed, CIPP patch repairs can last in excess of 50 years, exceeding the requirements set out by the WRc.

#2
Inversion & impregnation
Patches are essentially a resin-impregnated sleeve. Using the right packer for the job, insert the patch and inflate the packer. Then, simply hold the patch against the pipe wall ready to cure it into place.
#3
Curing the resin
Depending on the system you’re using, the resin can be cured using hot water, steam or UV LED light. This hardens the resin in place to create a long-lasting seal over the defect in the pipe. Once cured, simply deflate and carefully remove the packer from the pipe.
#4
Ongoing support
We’re not just a supplier. From equipment repair services to our EU Skills and WRC approved CIPP Lining and Patching Training Course, we help contractors get the most from their patch repair equipment with ongoing support.

What is a pipe patch repair?
A patch repair is a sectional liner used to fix small areas of damage inside a pipe without needing to excavate the entire pipe. The patch is inserted into the pipe with a packer and cured in place to form a structural leak tight fix.
How long does a patch repair take?
Most patch repairs can be completed in 1-2 hours, including prep and curing time. They’re a fast alternative to full pipe relining.
Are patch repairs permanent?
When installed correctly with approved materials, patch repairs offer a permanent structural fix that can extend the lifespan of a pipe for decades.
What size pipes can be patched?
Our systems cover diameters from 70mm to 300mm. We supply various packers, resins, and carriers depending on the pipe material, diameter, and access conditions.
