Cured-in-place pipe lining. Trenchless repair without excavation.
Pipe lining is a no-dig solution used to repair damaged drains and sewers without excavation. It’s faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective than traditional methods.
- Suitable for domestic, commercial, and industrial pipework
- Extends the life of existing infrastructure
- Minimises disruption to roads, buildings and gardens
What is pipe lining?
Pipe lining involves inserting a resin-impregnated liner into the existing pipe to create a new, long-lasting structure within it. It’s widely used for repairing cracks, root intrusion, corrosion and collapsed sections.
With CIPP pipe leak repair, this process takes hours - not days or weeks on end.
#1
Works on drains, sewers and irrigation systems of any shape or diameter
#2
Can be installed via access points - no digging required
#3
Long service life with minimal maintenance
Rehabilitate pipes with lasting results
Pipe lining offers a smarter, cleaner alternative to traditional pipe repairs, providing proven long-term performance.
Minimal disruption
Pipe lining avoids the need for digging up floors, driveways, or roads. Repairs can be made through existing manholes or cleanouts, reducing time on site and the need for reinstatement work. That means lower costs and far less mess.
Fast installation
CIPP lining is typically completed within a day. Advanced resins cure quickly using heat, steam, or UV LED light, making it possible to reinstate full flow fast—often within hours. It’s ideal for urgent repairs with minimal downtime.
Long-lasting results
Once cured, the pipe lining forms a seamless, corrosion-resistant pipe with a lifespan of 50 years or more. They’re suitable for most pipe materials and there are options that offer structural integrity for both pressure and gravity systems.

What is pipe lining used for?
Pipe lining is used to repair cracked, broken, or leaking pipes without excavation. It’s ideal for fixing drains, sewers, and laterals quickly and with minimal disruption.
How long does pipe lining last?
When installed correctly, a lined pipe can last 50 years or more. The cured liner is resistant to corrosion, root intrusion, and most chemicals found in domestic and industrial flows.
Can any pipe be lined?
Most pipe materials – clay, cast iron, PVC, concrete – can be lined, provided the host pipe is structurally sound enough to support the lining materials and resin. Pre-cleaning and inspection are essential.
How much does pipe lining cost?
Costs vary depending on length, diameter, and access. It’s typically more affordable than traditional excavation, especially when factoring in reinstatement savings.
