Hot water boilers are used to accelerate the curing process of resin-impregnated liners during CIPP installations. The hot water circulates through the liner, evenly heating it to cure the resin resulting in a strong, seamless finish.

BTU capacity depends on the length and diameter of the liner you’re curing. Smaller jobs (like 100–150mm pipes) typically require 200,000–500,000 BTUs, while larger municipal or industrial applications benefit from 1M–2M BTU systems. Our team can guide you to the best fit based on your workload.

We do. RSM offers servicing, spare parts, and technical support to keep your boiler in top condition. Preventative maintenance is also available to extend the life of your unit and reduce downtime.

Both options are available. We offer flexible hire terms on select boiler models, as well as full purchase options. Hiring is a great way to scale up for specific projects without long-term investment.
