Elevating Contractor Performance Through WRc Approved and Leak Tight Tested Products
industry-leading products
In the evolving world of sewer rehabilitation, reliability and performance are of the utmost importance. Contractors seeking to deliver consistent, high-quality results must now operate at the intersection of innovation and compliance – we stand out in this space by not only providing a range of WRc approved products but offering an expanding selection of CP308/CP655 and IKT leak tight tested solutions. These don’t just meet industry standards, but empower contractors to work more efficiently, responsibly, and competitively.
high-quality solutions for you!
For contractors, using products that are WRc approved is more than a box-ticking exercise – it is a statement of professionalism. The WRc is a respected authority in water and environmental standards in the UK, and their accreditation represents the gold standard in product performance. Products bearing this approval have undergone rigorous testing to prove their resilience in the demanding, variable conditions found in sewer environments.
Our WRc approved solutions — including our hot cure Epoxy, Pipe Aid kits, Speedy & UV Liner and our CIPP Lining & Patching Training Courses — give contractors an edge in bidding for public and private sector projects, where credibility and proven compliance are prerequisites. A WRc approved product ensures clients can move forward with confidence, knowing the materials meet or exceed required specifications.
Equally critical is the CP308 and the newly introduced CP655 infiltration tests (also moderated by the WRc) — these tests determine a CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) system’s ability to form a reliable, leak-tight seal under challenging conditions. Our Epoxy Warm and Hot Cure resins are among the first to meet these standards in over a decade, positioning contractors ahead of the curve in a market that increasingly demands infiltration control.
The need for a CP308 and 655 tested product in the UK market has become increasingly apparent over recent years, driven by ongoing efforts for water authorities to minimise the impact of water infiltration on sewerage systems. After extensive consultations with industry experts and stakeholders, we recognised the importance of addressing this challenge and began developing a solution aligning with the industry’s requirements.
With previous CP308 tested systems no longer widely available, the introduction of our product line comes at a critical time for the industry. High levels of water infiltration in sewerage systems are straining pumping stations, increasing energy consumption, and impacting water treatment processes. Our new resins offer a solution that can enhance the efficiency of sewer systems by significantly reducing infiltration, thereby lowering operational costs and reducing environmental impact.
Our CP308 & 655 tested products are set to drive a positive change in the wastewater treatment process by improving system efficiency, reducing energy use, and ultimately supporting further capital investments in the UK’s infrastructure.
For contractors, this translates to fewer callbacks, lower failure rates, and reduced environmental impact. Our resins bond effectively even in wet conditions, ensuring structural integrity across pipe sections and lateral connections. These properties are not only essential for compliance but vital for long-term project success.
Easy to use
Beyond compliance and performance, our product offering is engineered for your convenience. Our state-of-the-art impregnation facility ensures liners impregnated with our Epoxy resins can be delivered to site ready to install, significantly reducing on site preparation time and labour costs. The extended pot life of both warm (CP308 tested) and hot (CP655 tested/WRc Approved) cure epoxy systems provides flexibility during installation – especially on complex jobs – whilst maintaining short cure times that reduce downtime on site.
Products like our UV and Speedy Liners also redefine installation efficiency. When coupled with our range of Sewertronics UV LED curing technology, or traditional UV curing technology, this ensures rapid, reliable performance with minimal space and energy requirements – features that support both environmental goals and logistical simplicity.
For more localised repair requirements, our range of WRc approved Pipe Aid offers a high-performance, no dig solution for the permanent and watertight repair of damaged pipes. The Pipe Aid range meets the specifications outlined in WRc’s ‘Drain Repair Book’, they are easy to use kits designed for efficient on site application, available in straight and radial varieties with options of winter, summer, and fast cure resin.
more about our accredited products...
We don’t stop at product delivery. Our comprehensive CIPP training courses (Lining & Patching and Patching only) ensure our contractors not only use advanced materials but do so with the necessary technical expertise. Our courses aim to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of CIPP Lining & Patching, developing their knowledge and skills to confidently install in diameters up to 300mm. This includes hands-on experience with both basic and intermediate techniques, ensuring that each participant gains a solid foundation in the essential processes and materials used in CIPP applications. This hands-on instruction allows teams to confidently expand their service capabilities and raise the bar on project delivery.
The IKT Test Centre is a supervisory body for CIPP liners and short liners, recognised by the German Institute for Construction Technology (DIBt). It is accredited to European Standards (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) for selected mechanical and technical tests on polymeric components of pipe and CIPP liner systems, and samples of GRP laminate. Back in 2022, our UV LED LT resin passed rigorous IKT leak tight testing when used in conjunction with our flexible inversion liner and diameter change Magmaflex. Like our epoxy resins, UV LED LT bonds directly to the pipe, offering assurance to the contractor and the end client that there will be no form of infiltration once the installation is complete.
Our Sales Director, Phil Steele, declared: “By using our WRc approved and leak tight tested products, contractors are not merely adopting quality materials – they are future-proofing their operations. These solutions bring measurable benefits: reduced risk, increased client trust, streamlined logistics, and better regulatory compliance.”
